研究目的：

我们研究的目的是评估对于初级运动皮层给予电磁同步刺激是否比单独重复经颅磁刺激和经颅直流电刺激有更强的皮层干预作用及其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Our aim of this study was to assess the safety of paired synchronous electromagnetic stimulation over the same primary motor cortex and whether it has a stronger effect compared to repetitive tanscranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation alone.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）重大疾病者；（2）既往有脑部手术史和癫痫病史者；（3）试验过程中有身体状况发生变化者；（4）身体内有金属异物者，如心脏起搏器、DBS 治疗器、支架等；（5）妊娠及哺乳者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Major diseases;
(2) Previous history of brain surgery and epilepsy;
(3) During the study, there are changes in the physical condition;
(4) There are metallic foreign body in the body, such as pacemaker, DBS treatment device, bracket;
(5) Pregnancy and lactation.
