Objectives of Study：

In cases of sepsis, what changes occur in the homing of intestinal lymphocytes? This discussion explores the clinical implications of these changes, such as their relationship with MODS, their potential as prognostic indicators, and possible therapeutic targets, including drugs targeting specific chemokines or integrins. Finally, future research directions may include more in-depth mechanistic studies, the use of animal models, and translational medical research.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄＜18岁，妊娠和哺乳期女性，慢性胃肠道疾病史，炎症性肠病，恶性肿瘤及放化疗病史，自身免疫病，HIV患者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals under the age of 18, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with a history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, malignancy and history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy, autoimmune diseases, and HIV patients.
