研究目的：

基于功能磁共振技术分析在健侧半球背侧前运动皮质进行高频重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS)治疗卒中患者运动功能的脑网络连接变化，探究rTMS调控卒中后上肢运动功能康复的神经网络机制，为rTMS临床治疗提供客观的神经影像学依据，有助于开发针对大脑网络的刺激方案，进而优化康复治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the functional magnetic resonance technique, we analyzed the brain network connection changes of stroke patients treated with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in the dorsal premotor cortex of the healthy hemisphere.This study will investigate the mechanism of rTMS in regulating upper limb motor rehabilitation after stroke, provide objective neuroimaging evidence for rTMS clinical treatment, and help to develop stimulation protocols targeting the brain network, thus optimising the rehabilitation treatment protocols.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往发生过脑梗死；多发病灶；存在明确软化灶；伴有其它颅脑病变；既往有严重的中枢神经系统损坏病史；严重躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous cerebral infarction; multiple lesions; presence of definite softening foci; concomitant other cranioencephalic lesions; previous history of severe CNS damage; severe physical illness.
