主要目的：设计一款新型单手操作的冲吸式口腔护理装置，通过研究验证该口腔护理装置的安全性及临床有效性，优化产品，最终实现产品的生产及应用。 2.次要目的：验证本款口腔护理装置对患者 VAP 发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To design a novel single-handed operated irrigation-suction oral care device, verify its safety and clinical effectiveness through research, optimize the product, and ultimately achieve its production and application. Secondary Objective: To validate the impact of this oral care device on the incidence rate of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) among patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.插管前有肺部感染； 2.血液疾病，有明显出血倾向； 3.恶性肿瘤晚期或者临终状态。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of pulmonary infection before intubation; 2. Blood disorders with a clear tendency towards bleeding; 3. Advanced stage of malignant tumor or terminal condition.

按照气管插管患者口腔护理常规方法，需要两名护士，一名护士用一只手固定口腔，另一只手先使用海绵棒擦拭口腔，再将漱口液用针筒打入患者口腔，另一名护士使用吸痰管将口腔内废液吸出，这样的方式比较浪费人力且不容易将口腔内的痰痂等污垢彻底擦拭干净。（海绵棒擦拭+漱口液冲洗）

Intervention：

According to the standard oral care procedure for patients with endotracheal intubation, two nurses are required. One nurse uses one hand to stabilize the patient's mouth while using the other hand to first clean the oral cavity with a sponge stick, then injects mouthwash into the patient's mouth using a syringe. The other nurse uses a suction tube to remove the waste liquid from the oral cavity. This method is labor-intensive and often fails to thoroughly clean stubborn residues such as sputum crusts and other debris in the oral cavity. (Sponge stick cleaning + mouthwash rinsing)

A higher total score indicates poorer oral health.

Subjects with random numbers ranging from 1 to 45 were assigned to the control group, while those with numbers from 46 to 90 were assigned to the intervention group.

Blinding：

Single-blind. The outcome assessment was conducted by clinical caregivers who were not involved in this study.
