研究目的：

评价多种保守和手术方案治疗急性锁骨相关创伤的临床功能（以Constant-Murley 评分为主要指标）患者疼痛管理等差异；围绕锁骨相关创伤术后并发症，尤其是内固定失败、肩关节僵硬、肩锁关节术后再脱位等，探究相关危险因素。探究各个手术方式影响愈后的相关因素；探究影像学指标与患者主观的问卷评分的相关性；评估手术并发症（如内固定失败、肩锁关节术后再脱位等）对患者疼痛、肩关节功能及生活质量的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the clinical function (constant Murley score as the main index) and pain management of patients with acute clavicle related trauma treated by various conservative and surgical schemes; To explore the related risk factors around the postoperative complications of clavicle related trauma, especially the failure of internal fixation, shoulder stiffness, and postoperative subluxation of acromioclavicular joint. Objective to explore the related factors of various surgical methods affecting the prognosis; Objective to explore the correlation between imaging indicators and patients' subjective questionnaire scores; Objective to evaluate the impact of surgical complications (such as internal fixation failure, acromioclavicular joint dislocation after operation) on patients' pain, shoulder function and quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有MRI检查禁忌症（装有心脏起搏器、患有幽闭恐惧症等）； 2.患有精神病或不懂中文，不能理解并独立完成调查问卷； 3.Gustilo-Anderson Ⅲ型开放性骨折或开放性骨折伴有神经损伤； 4.病理性骨折，如伴有肿瘤、骨软化症、骨髓炎或单纯性骨囊肿等不愿加入试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications to MRI examination (equipped with cardiac pacemaker, suffering from claustrophobia, etc.); 2. Have mental illness or do not understand Chinese, can not understand and independently complete the questionnaire; 3. Gustilo Anderson type Ⅲ open fracture or open fracture with nerve injury; 4. Pathological fracture, such as patients with tumor, osteomalacia, osteomyelitis or simple bone cyst, who are unwilling to participate in the test.
