研究目的：

1.评估基于“局部涂氟”的口腔综合干预措施对残障儿童口腔卫生的改善效果； 2.评估基于“局部涂氟”的口腔综合干预措施对残障儿童龋病的防控效果； 3.探索基于“局部涂氟”的口腔综合干预措施对残障儿童唾液微生物构成的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the improvement effect of comprehensive oral intervention measures based on "local fluoride application" on the oral hygiene of children with disabilities; 2. Evaluate the prevention and control effect of comprehensive oral intervention measures based on "local fluoride application" on dental caries in children with disabilities; 3. Explore the impact of comprehensive oral intervention measures based on "local fluoride application" on the microbial composition of saliva in children with disabilities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的全身性疾病，无法进行检查者； 2.儿童严重不配合，无法进行检查者； 3. 处于癫痫、心脏病等疾病的急性期，口腔检查可能诱发这些疾病发作，不适宜进行检查者； 4.需要紧急牙科治疗者； 5.有哮喘史或过敏体质，不适宜进行涂氟者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe systemic diseases who are unable to undergo examination; 2. Children who are seriously uncooperative and unable to undergo the examination; 3. Those in the acute stage of diseases such as epilepsy and heart disease, whose oral examination may trigger the onset of these diseases and are not suitable for the examination; 4. Those requiring urgent dental treatment; 5. Those with a history of asthma or allergic constitutions who are not suitable for fluoride application.
