研究目的：

1：通过卷积神经网络（CNN）分析房树人绘画中的特征，能够有效区分抑郁症患者与健康对照组。 H2：房树人绘画中的某些特征（如线条清晰度、细节丰富程度）与抑郁症状的严重程度具有相关性，并能够有效预测抑郁症的严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

nalysis of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) in Characterizing Human Paintings: A Method for Effectively Distinguishing Depressed Patients from Healthy Controls. H2: Certain features (e.g. line clarity detail richness) correlate with the severity of depressive symptoms and can serve as effective predictors of depression severity

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1.存在严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏或其他系统性疾病的患者。2.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。3.对研究药物或材料过敏的患者。4.HAMD得分未满足抑郁症诊断标准的患者。5.存在其他精神共病（如焦虑障碍或精神分裂症）或严重生理性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1.Patients with severe heart liver kidney or other systemic diseases; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with allergies to study drugs or materials; 4. Patients whose HAMD scores did not meet the diagnostic criteria for depression; 5. Patients with other psychiatric comorbidities (e.g. anxiety disorder or schizophrenia) or severe physiological diseases.
