研究目的：

儿童自身免疫性脑炎的综合治疗更加规范，尽最大努力改善此类患儿的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Comprehensive treatment of children's autoimmune encephalitis is more standardized, and efforts should be made to improve the prognosis of such children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

确诊病例即开始：所有确诊病例均采用《中国自身免疫性脑炎诊治专家共识》的治疗方案，一线治疗静脉丙种球蛋白（2g/ Kg）和激素治疗（15-20mg/ Kg），用药后2周评估。改良Rankins评分改善≥1分者，继之以口服强的松（1-2mg/ Kg.d）半年；改善不足≥1分者，立即启动二线治疗，利妥昔单抗（375mg/m2）或环玲酰胺（750mg/m2），继之以口服强的松半年。部分病例长期口服强的松不能耐受或疗效不佳，则口服麦考酚酯（10-20mg/ Kg.d）或硫唑嘌呤（1-2mg/ Kg.d）1年.

一线治疗静脉丙种球蛋白（2g/ Kg）和激素治疗（15-20mg/ Kg）;二线治疗，利妥昔单抗（375mg/m2）或环玲酰胺（750mg/m2），继之以口服强的松半年。部分病例长期口服强的松不能耐受或疗效不佳，则口服麦考酚酯（10-20mg/ Kg.d）或硫唑嘌呤（1-2mg/ Kg.d）1年.
