研究目的：

本研究从三级公立医院组织情境的视角出发，将护理管理者领导风格作为切入点，对护士工作满意度及离职意愿的现状及关系进行调查研究，并深入分析护理人员离职意愿的影响因素，旨在探讨护士长领导风格、工作满意度与离职意愿三者间的作用路径，为稳定江苏省护理人员队伍的规范化建设工作提供科学理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study starts from the perspective of the organizational context of a tertiary public hospital, takes the nursing manager's leadership style as the entry point, investigates and researches the status quo and relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and willingness to leave, and analyzes in depth the influencing factors of the nursing staff's willingness to leave, aiming at exploring the paths of the roles of the nurse manager's leadership style, job satisfaction and willingness to leave, and standardizing the nursing workforce in stabilizing the nursing workforce in Jiangsu Province. work to provide scientific theoretical basis.

1.调查期间处于非在岗状态的护士，如产假、病假、休假等； 2.非本院的规培护士、进修护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses who were in off-duty status during the survey period, such as maternity leave, sick leave, vacation, etc; 2. Nurses who are not in our hospital for training and further training.
