Objectives of Study: |
This study starts from the perspective of the organizational context of a tertiary public hospital, takes the nursing manager's leadership style as the entry point, investigates and researches the status quo and relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and willingness to leave, and analyzes in depth the influencing factors of the nursing staff's willingness to leave, aiming at exploring the paths of the roles of the nurse manager's leadership style, job satisfaction and willingness to leave, and standardizing the nursing workforce in stabilizing the nursing workforce in Jiangsu Province. work to provide scientific theoretical basis. |
