研究目的：

通过结合胎盘外泌体及其相关 miRNA、母体特征、子宫动脉血流参数以及妊娠相关血浆蛋白 A（PAPP-A），构建一个多参数联合的子痫前期高危预测模型。这一模型的建立旨在为中国人群提供一种更为精准的子痫前期风险管理方案，从而实现对高风险孕妇的早期识别和干预。  

Objectives of Study：

By integrating placental exosomes and their associated miRNAs, maternal characteristics, uterine artery Doppler parameters, and pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A), a multi-parameter combined prediction model for high-risk preeclampsia is constructed. The establishment of this model aims to provide a more precise risk management strategy for preeclampsia in the Chinese population, thereby enabling early identification and intervention for high-risk pregnant women.

排除标准：

1、多胎妊娠者； 2、胎儿畸形、患有染色体疾病者； 3、终止妊娠或流产。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. Fetal malformations and chromosomal diseases; 3. Termination of pregnancy or miscarriage.
