探讨与PICC置管相比MC在急性白血病患者输液中的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety of MC compared with PICC catheterization in infusion of patients with acute leukemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.穿刺部位有疼痛、皮肤有破损或开放性创伤； b.穿刺部位血管有损伤，如瘀紫、渗出、静脉炎、硬化、条索状或充血； c.穿刺上肢存在水肿、发生感染； d.有血栓史、高凝状态、肢体血流减少或终末期肾病需要静脉保护的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. There is pain at the puncture site, and the skin has damage or open wounds; b. There is vascular damage at the puncture site, such as bruising, exudation, phlebitis, sclerosis, cord-like formations, or congestion; c. There is edema in the punctured limb, and infection has occurred; d. Patients with a history of thrombosis, hypercoagulable states, reduced limb blood flow, or end-stage renal disease requiring venous protection.
