通过开发一种新的预测模型，对急性腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗方案的选择提供帮助  

Objectives of Study：

Assistance in the selection of treatment options for patients with acute lumbar disc herniation through the development of a new predictive model

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患者既往有椎间盘突出节段不稳定或脊柱侧凸（Cobb角≥20°）、退变晚期、复发性椎间盘突出； 2、排除3月内使用过影响腰椎间盘突出症症状或治疗效果的药物（如长期大剂量使用糖皮质激素）的患者； 3、排除存在严重肥胖（BMI≥35）的患者； 4、在受影响或邻近节段进行过脊柱手术； 5、临床及影像资料不完整； 6、合并肝、肾及其严重器质性疾病; 7、排除患有神经系统疾病（如帕金森、多发性硬化症等）或既往有神经系统损伤（如脊髓损伤、周围神经损伤等）的患者。 8、研究人员认为不适合纳入研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with previous disc herniation segment instability or scoliosis (Cobb angle >=20°), advanced degeneration, recurrent disc herniation; 2. Exclude patients who have used drugs that affect the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation or therapeutic effects (e.g., long-term high-dose use of glucocorticoids) within 3 months; 3. Excluding the presence of patients with severe obesity (BMI >= 35); 4, Having undergone spinal surgery in the affected or neighboring segments; 5, Incomplete clinical and imaging data; 6, Combination of liver, kidney and their serious organic diseases; 7, exclusion of patients with neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, etc.) or previous neurological injuries (such as spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, etc.); 8, Other conditions that the researchers considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
