研究目的：

本研究拟从穿刺点个数、进针次数、操作者操作难度评分、超声视图评分以及并发症等方面对穿刺前超声定位和超声实时引导椎管内穿刺在手法定位困难产妇中的应用效果进行比较，以期寻找一种简便有效的超声辅助椎管内穿刺技术。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of pre-procedure US versus real-time US guidance in pregnant women with poorly palpable surface landmarks.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

局麻药过敏，椎管内麻醉禁忌，即刻或紧急剖宫产，患者拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

pregnant women at emergency cases; patients with spinal anesthesia contraindications; patient refused
