研究目的：

（1）构建和优化基于LEARNS模式的元宇宙健康教育方案。（2）验证LEARNS模式下元宇宙健康教育对脊髓损伤患者出院准备度和功能恢复的影响。（3）评估元宇宙健康教育方案的临床适用性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

(1)Construct and optimize the Metaverse health education program based on the LEARNS model. (2)Verify the effect of metacosmic health education under the LEARNS model on discharge readiness and functional recovery in patients with spinal cord injury. (3)Evaluate the clinical applicability and safety of the Metaverse health education program.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重精神疾病或认知障碍者； 2.恶性肿瘤或全身性感染者； 3.出院后随访失联者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with malignant tumors or systemic infections; 3. Persons missing contact during follow-up after discharge.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1、数据收集：问卷收集方法标准化，采用无记名方式，研究者用统一的指导语指导患者完成问卷或量表的填写，针对患者填写过程中的疑问进行解答，让患者在充分理解的基础上填写，研究者现场发放问卷并当场收回，患者的一般资料和疾病治疗资料通过查看病历或询问患者获得。 2、数据管理：数据通过纸质记录采集，使用Excel软件进行综合记录。数据处理使用SPSS27.0软件进行，采用双人独立录入的方法。研究过程中涉及的个人信息等均对研究人员外的人员进行保密，尊重被调查者的隐私权。研究涉及内容不用于本研究之外的其他用途。若投稿过程中杂志要求查看数据，将隐匿患者的私人信息传输。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Data collection: Standardize questionnaire collection methods and use anonymous methods，questionnaire was distributed on site and received on the spot. 2.Data management: Data is collected through paper records and comprehensively recorded using Excel software. Data processing was carried out using SPSS27.0 software and two independent entries were used.Personal information involved in the research process will be kept confidential to those other than the researchers.
