排除标准：

1.伴有严重心､肝､肾等严重疾病; 2.存在精神障碍病史; 3.日常行动受限制者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Accompanied by severe diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney disorders; 2.History of mental disorders; 3.Individuals with restricted daily activities.
