研究目的：

通过对比受试者接受不同方案的持续经颅磁刺激（cTBS）前后的执行功能情况和脑区相互关系变化，基于便携式近红外脑功能成像（fNIRS）探究DLPFC与PPC的TBS调控对执行功能的影响及其神经机制，为改善执行功能的临床疗效提供指导 。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the executive function performance and the changes in the relationship between brain regions before and after subjects receive different protocols of continuous transcranial magnetic stimulation (cTBS), this study aims to explore the impact of TBS modulation on the executive function and its neural mechanisms, focusing on the DLPFC and PPC using portable functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), providing guidance for improving the clinical efficacy of executive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

健康受试者在不连续的四天随机接收不同方案的TBS（左DLPFC、左PPC、右PPC、Sham） ，洗脱期为10天以上 。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Healthy subjects randomly receive different TBS protocols (left DLPFC, left PPC, right PPC, Sham) on non-consecutive days, with a washout period of more than 10 days. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）使用抗癫痫药物; 2）存在受经颅磁刺激产生的磁场影响的植入装置或金属； 3）具有任何可能影响方案依从性的疾病史（如严重精神障碍、认知功能障碍、药物滥 用或成瘾等）； 4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或有生育能力且不愿/无法采取有效避孕措施者； 5）研究者判断不宜参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of antiepileptic medications; 2. Presence of implanted devices or metal fragments that could be affected by TMS-generated magnetic fields; 3. History of any condition that may compromise protocol compliance (e.g., severe psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, substance abuse, or addiction); 4. Pregnant or lactating women, or individuals of childbearing potential unwilling/unable to use effective contraception; 5. Patients deemed ineligible for study participation by the investigator.
