研究目的：

重大慢病防治是健康中国与健康老龄化重点，是各级卫生健康机构工作重点。以胸部CT对肺癌、慢阻肺、冠心病三大慢病一站式筛查新技术导入慢病防控关口前移为抓手，依托我院与湘雅二医院专家合作及作为国家重点研发计划协作单位为契机，构建三大慢病CT早筛早诊人工智能服务平台，探索我市三大慢病防治影像学省市基层三级联动、检医互动的方案并示范应用。研究新技术引进利用与集成创新，研究三大慢病CT一站式筛查新技术临床价值与效益，研究我市三大慢病现状与特点，增强新技术的示范效果，并向基层推广。  

Objectives of Study：

Major chronic diseases prevention is crucial for Healthy China and Aging initiatives, central to health institutions' work. By introducing one-stop chest CT screening for lung cancer, COPD, and coronary heart disease, and leveraging our collaboration with the Second Xiangya Hospital experts and our role in the National Key Research and Development Program, we aim to establish an AI platform for early detection of these conditions.Focusing on a provincial-city-grassroots three-tier interaction model, we seek to enhance medical examination and healthcare synergy in our city. Our research will examine the introduction and integration of new technologies, assess the clinical value of one-stop CT screening, and analyze the local situation of these diseases to amplify the impact of these innovations. Ultimately, this initiative aims to promote the adoption of advanced technologies in grassroots healthcare, improving public health outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.胸部恶性肿瘤病史； 2.有严重心脑血管疾病； 3.无法配合完成CT检查和随访； 4.有严重精神障碍； 5.怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of thoracic malignant tumors; 2. presence of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 3. inability to complete CT examinations and follow-ups; 4. presence of severe mental disorders; 5. pregnant or breastfeeding women.
