研究自体脂肪来源血管基质组分（SVF）改善急性心梗患者心脏功能的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of autologous fat derived vascular matrix component (SVF) in improving cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、已知或预计对于本试验治疗的任何成份会产生过敏反应或有过敏史者； 2、研究者判断，患者存在其他原因不适合参与本研究； 3、血流动力学不稳定； 4、静脉药物溶栓； 5、血栓抽吸导管不能通过者或经血栓抽吸后冠脉直径狭窄≤70%； 6、左主干病变； 7、AMI由手术、外伤、胃肠道出血或PCI导致或是其并发症； 8、AMI发生在因其他原因已经住院的患者； 9、研究者判断患者依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究； 10、患者预期寿命<=12个月； 11、心脏移植患者； 12、明确诊断患有肿瘤的患者； 13、正参加其他临床试验（本项目其他课题除外）而未达到主要研究终点时限的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who know or are expected to have allergic reactions or history of allergies to any of the ingredients treated in this test; 2. The investigator judges that the patient is not suitable to participate in this study for other reasons; 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Thrombolysis with intravenous drugs; 5. Those who cannot pass through the thrombus aspiration catheter or the coronary artery diameter is narrowed by ≤70% after thrombus aspiration; 6. Left main lesion; 7. AMI is caused by surgery, trauma, gastrointestinal bleeding or PCI or is a complication thereof; 8. AMI occurs in patients who have been hospitalized for other reasons; 9. The investigator judged that the patient's compliance was poor and he was unable to complete the study as required; 10. Life expectancy <=12 months; 11. Heart transplant patients; 12. Patients with a clear diagnosis of tumors; 13. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials (except for other topics of this project) and have not reached the time limit of the main study endpoint.
