研究目的：

(1) 通过整合临床指标和眼底图像的特征，结合代谢组学，构建2型糖尿病的DR早期预警模型。此外，临床指标结合代谢组学，建立基于糖尿病发病年龄（早发型糖尿病、晚发型糖尿病）、和基于是否与糖尿病大血管病变两种并发症共存的DR精准分型模型 (2)多学科协作开展DR综合管理，控制中期DR进展； (3)云病房结合持续血糖监测（CGM），进一步探索糖尿病眼病融合病房管理模式，在糖尿病眼病围手术患者管理中的作用，开创晚期DR管理新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) By integrating clinical indicators and fundus image features, combined with metabolomics, construct an early warning model for Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) in Type 2 Diabetes. Additionally, by combining clinical indicators with metabolomics, establish a precise subtyping model for DR based on the age of onset of diabetes (early-onset diabetes, late-onset diabetes) and whether it coexists with diabetic macrovascular complications. (2) Collaborate across multiple disciplines to manage DR comprehensively and control the progression of mid-stage DR. (3) Combine cloud wards with Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to further explore the integrated management model for diabetic eye diseases, particularly in the perioperative management of patients with diabetic eye diseases, and pioneer a new management model for late-stage DR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已确诊1型或其他类型糖尿病者；
2.合并有心、肺、肝、肾功能严重不全者；
3.合并神智不清、语言障碍或者老年痴呆者等；
4.生活不能自理者、卧床或活动障碍者；
5.哺乳或妊娠期妇女；
6.近期有手术史、创伤史、心脑等急性大血管并发症与感染性疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with Type 1 or other types of diabetes. 2. Individuals with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, or kidney. 3. Combine individuals with confusion, language disorders, or elderly dementia; 4. Individuals who are unable to take care of themselves, bedridden, or have mobility impairments. 5. Nursing or pregnant women. 6. Individuals with a recent history of surgery, trauma, acute major vascular complications such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, and infectious diseases.
