研究目的：

本研究的主要目标是通过系统评估和机制研究，探索中医理疗（如拔罐、针灸、推拿等）在运动后疲劳缓解中的应用效果，并揭示其作用机制。具体目标如下： （1）评估中医理疗对运动后疲劳的缓解效果 通过多维度的评估，比较拔罐、针灸、推拿等中医理疗手段在运动后疲劳中的效果，确定其对肌肉疼痛、肌肉功能恢复、血液流变学、炎症反应等方面的缓解作用。 （2）揭示中医理疗的作用机制 通过分析血液流变学、肌肉损伤标志物、炎症因子等生理学指标，揭示中医理疗对运动后疲劳的缓解作用机制，包括改善血液循环、调节炎症反应、促进肌肉修复等生物学机制。 （3）优化中医理疗的治疗方案 基于研究结果，提出中医理疗在运动后疲劳缓解中的最佳治疗方案，包括不同中医理疗手段的组合使用及其最佳干预时间，为运动员和普通运动人群提供个性化、科学的疲劳恢复策略  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to explore the effectiveness of TCM physical therapy (e.g. cupping acupuncture tuina etc.) in post-exercise fatigue relief and to reveal its mechanism of action through systematic assessment and mechanism study. The specific objectives are as follows: (1) Evaluate the effectiveness of TCM physical therapy in post-exercise fatigue relief To compare the effects of cupping acupuncture tuina and other TCM physical therapies in post-exercise fatigue through a multi-dimensional assessment and to determine their alleviating effects on muscle pain muscle function recovery blood rheology and inflammatory response. (2) Revealing the mechanism of action of TCM physical therapy By analyzing physiological indicators such as blood rheology muscle damage markers inflammatory factors etc. the mechanism of action of TCM physical therapy on post-exercise fatigue alleviation is revealed including the biological mechanisms of improving blood circulation regulating inflammatory response and promoting muscle repair. (3) Optimize the treatment plan of TCM physiotherapy Based on the results of the study the optimal treatment plan of TCM physical therapy for post-exercise fatigue relief is proposed including the combination of different TCM physical therapy tools and their optimal intervention time so as to provide personalized and scientific fatigue recovery strategies for athletes and ordinary sports people.
