研究目的：

探索原发性震颤的临床表型及随访研究（临床表型、疾病分型、疾病进展及转归、用药及预后等），探索原发性震颤的发病机制（遗传因素、环境因素、老化因素），筛选与鉴定相关影像学及生物标志物等。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate clinical phenotypes and longitudinal outcomes of Essential Tremor (ET) through:Comprehensive clinical phenotyping (including disease subtypes, progression patterns) Systematic follow-up assessments (clinical outcomes, medication response, prognosis) 2.Explore etiological mechanisms of ET by analyzing: Genetic determinants (whole-exome sequencing/GWAS) Environmental exposure profiles Aging-related pathophysiological changes 3.Identify and validate potential biomarkers through: Advanced neuroimaging markers (DTI/fMRI/MRS) Serum/CSF proteomic profiling

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 有震颤表现形式的其他疾病，如帕金森病、肝豆状核变性、脊髓小脑性共济失调、甲状腺功能亢进等；② 增强的生理性震颤（如药源性、代谢性等）；③ 孤立的局灶性震颤（如孤立性声音震颤、孤立性头部震颤、特发性腭肌震颤等）；④突然起病或病情呈阶梯式进展恶化；⑤拒绝或不配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary tremor disorders including: Parkinson's disease, Wilson's disease, Spinocerebellar ataxia, Hyperthyroidism-associated tremor; 2. Enhanced physiological tremor (e.g., drug-induced, metabolic); 3.Isolated focal tremor subtypes:Isolated voice tremor, Isolated head tremor, Idiopathic palatal tremor; 4.Sudden-onset tremor or stepwise progression pattern; 5.Declined participation/non-adherence to protocol.

数据采集使用病例记录表和视频拍摄，并将信息上传至中国帕金森病及运动障碍疾病多中心数据库及协作网（PD-MDCNC）；数据采集方另外将原始数据保存至移动硬盘。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection is conducted using case report forms (CRFs) and video recording, with the information subsequently uploaded to the China Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Multicenter Database and Collaborative Network (PD-MDCNC).The data collector additionally saves the original data to the mobile hard disk.
