研究目的：

回顾性分析2020年09月01日-2024年01月31日期间在江苏省人民医院消化内科接受新型封堵器治疗的慢性特殊类型上消化道瘘患者，探究治疗慢性上消化道特殊类型瘘的有效性与安全性，并分析其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis was performed on patients with chronic special type of upper digestive tract fistula who received new occluder treatment in the gastroenterology department of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from September 1, 2020 to January 31, 2024, to explore the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of chronic special type of upper digestive tract fistula, and analyze its influencing factors.

随访时间不满1年或关键临床资料缺失的患者。
