探讨胰后入路淋巴结清扫技术在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的临床运用效果；  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of retropancreatic approach lymph node dissection in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有其他肿瘤病史或合并其他器官恶性疾病； 2.因消化道穿孔、梗阻、出血等肿瘤并发症行急诊手术患者； 3.术中探查发现肿瘤远处转移而仅行开关手术或改道手术； 4.无法规律完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of other tumors or malignant diseases of other organs; 2. Patients undergoing emergency surgery due to tumor complications such as gastrointestinal perforation, obstruction, and bleeding; 3. Intraoperative exploration found distant metastasis of the tumor and only switch surgery or diversion surgery was performed; 4. Inability to complete follow-up regularly.
