研究目的:

旨在通过经颅光生物调节干预注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童和青少年,比较其对执行功能、脑电图(EEG)、眼动追踪和认知行为等方面的影响。目标是识别最有效的ADHD临床治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to intervene in children and adolescents with ADHD using transcranial photobiomodulation, comparing its effects on executive function at the levels of electroencephalography (EEG), eye tracking, and cognitive behavior. The goal is to identify the most effective clinical treatment strategy for ADHD patients

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.符合其他重性精神疾病诊断,例如精神分裂症和双相障碍等; 2.存在严重的躯体疾病和状况,例如显著的颅内病变、甲状腺疾病、 癫痫、先天性心脏 病、严重的血液系统疾病、系统性红斑狼疮、视听障碍等; 3.影像学检查有明显脑结构异常; 4.存在严重的神经系统疾病,有明确的家族史或有潜在的风险; 5.体内有金属或起搏器植入、颅骨存在孔洞或裂缝; 6.正在接受其他 ADHD 治疗方法(如哌甲酯等药物治疗,行为治疗等干预措施)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. It is in line with the diagnosis of other serious mental disorders, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, etc. 2. There are serious physical diseases and conditions, such as significant intracranial lesions, thyroid diseases, epilepsy, and congenital heart disease Diseases, severe hematological disorders, systemic lupus erythematosus, visual and auditory impairments, etc. 3. Imaging examinations show obvious abnormalities in brain structure; 4. There is a serious neurological disorder, with a clear family history or potential risks; 5. There are metal or pacemaker implants in the body, or there are holes or cracks in the skull; 6. Currently undergoing other ADHD treatment methods (such as drug therapy like methylphenidate, behavioral therapy and other intervention measures).

During true stimulation, the subjects will receive one tPBM intervention (lasting for 12 minutes, with intensities of 80mW/cm^2), while during false stimulation, they will be given the same target area and the same wavelength of intervention (half a minute at the beginning and half a minute before the end, with intensities of 80 mW/cm^2).
