研究目的：

本研究计划将探讨不同类型脊柱侧凸患者在站立、步行和单腿跳跃状态下脊柱和下肢的功能相关性及代偿机制。旨在为该人群疾病的早期发现和保守治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will investigate the functional correlation and compensatory mechanisms of the spine and lower limbs in patients with different types of scoliosis in standing, walking, and one-legged jumping states. The aim is to provide a new idea for the early detection and conservative treatment of the disease in this population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①认知障碍（病史记录）； ②伴随有无法完成测试动作的疾病； ③功能性脊柱侧凸：双下肢不等长、腰腿疼痛的代偿、髋关节挛缩和炎症刺激引 起等； ④伴随心脏或者呼吸功能障碍（病史记录的查询，在不确定的情况下可进 行临床诊断检查）； ⑤有颈、胸、腰椎退变性疾病病史； ⑥伴有脊柱滑脱（不稳定性），病理性动脉瘤，盆部或腹部肿瘤，椎间隙感染，严重的周围神经疾病，转移性癌； ⑦妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) cognitive impairment (medical history recording); (2) Accompanied by diseases that are unable to complete the test movements; (3) Functional scoliosis: unequal length of both lower limbs, compensation of waist and leg pain, hip contracture and inflammatory stimulation, etc.; (4) Accompanied by cardiac or respiratory dysfunction (inquiry of medical history records, clinical diagnostic examination can be carried out in the case of inconclusion); (5) History of degenerative diseases of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine; (6) Accompanied by spondylolisthesis (instability), pathological aneurysm, pelvic or abdominal tumors, intervertebral space infection, severe peripheral nerve diseases, metastatic cancer; (7) Pregnant women.

Measure method：

The subjects walked barefoot on a 2-meter plantar pressure measurement pad (Win-Track,Medcaptures) at a natural pace. Ask the left foot and the right foot to step into the plantar pressure test pad three times. The following spatio-temporal gait parameters were collected: stride frequency, stride length, stride speed, stride width, support phase and swing phase time, as well as pressure peak and pressure-time integral of each pressure zone

Select the target muscles (rectus abdominis, quadriceps femoris, tibialis anterior, erector spine, gluteus medius, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius) to fix the electrodes and connect the wires. The maximum surface EMG amplitude of the single joint muscles of the subjects was tested, and the surface EMG signals were collected and sorted out when the subjects jumped on one leg
