本项目围绕“血管结构-功能异常早期精准识别及疾病演变早期预警”这一关键科学问题,拟以脑卒中疾病为研究切入点,构建多尺度血管成像及量化评估 体系,揭示不同尺度血管在疾病演变过程中的结构-功能耦合机制,建立数学仿真模型,实现对脑卒中疾病演进的动态预警。  

Objectives of Study:

This project centers on the critical scientific issue of "early precise identification of vascular structure-function abnormalities and early warning of disease progression." Using stroke as the research entry point, it aims to construct a multi-scale vascular imaging and quantitative assessment system. The project seeks to uncover the structure-function coupling mechanisms of vessels at different scales during disease progression, establish mathematical simulation models, and achieve dynamic early warning of stroke disease evolution.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、伴有颅内出血、感染、肿瘤等其他颅内疾病; 2、存在严重心、肝、肾及血液系统等重要器官疾病; 3、存在MRI检查禁忌证或不能耐受检查; 4、依从性差的患者; 5、血管结构/功能图像质量差。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of other intracranial diseases such as intracranial hemorrhage, infection, or tumors; 2. Severe diseases of major organs including the heart, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system; 3. Contraindications to MRI or inability to tolerate the examination; 4. Poor compliance; 5. Poor quality of vascular structure/function imaging
