研究目的：

基于米勒金字塔模型制定手术室护士培训方案并探讨该方案对核心能力及职业精神状态，同时降低护理不良事件发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on Miller Pyramid model, the training program for operating room nurses was developed and discussed the effect of the program on core competence and professional mental state, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was reduced.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因病假、辞职等原因不能连续参与培训者；因自身原因不愿 参与该研究的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who cannot continuously participate in the training due to sick leave, resignation or other reasons;
2.Nurses who for reasons of their own did not want to participate in the study.
