研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨术中予以丙泊酚镇静对在椎管内麻醉下行择期剖宫产的患者术后睡眠的影响,为进一步改善剖宫产术的麻醉用药以及术后患者的睡眠质量提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effect of propofol sedation on postoperative sleep quality in patients undergoing elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia, and to provide a basis for further improving the anesthetic medication for cesarean section and postoperative sleep quality of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中待婴儿取出后使用了除丙泊酚外的其他静脉麻醉药； 2.椎管内麻醉失败； 3.有危及生命的慢性合并症(如: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压或充血性心力衰竭病史)； 4.有严重的精神障碍； 5.长期使用安眠药和镇静药； 6.无沟通能力; 7.拒绝参与。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who received other intravenous anesthetics except propofol after extraction of the fetus; 2. Failure of spinal anesthesia; 3. Chronic life-threatening comorbidities (e.g. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, or a history of congestive heart failure); 4. Severe mental disorder; 5. Long-term use of hypnotics and sedatives; 6. Inability to communication; 7. Patients who refused to participate.
