Objectives of Study：

To investigate the carrier status of monogenic diseases in China, and then design a proper screening panel for Chinese population.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)不符合入组标准者
2)近亲婚配妊娠者
3)辅助受孕者
4)一年之内接受过异源性输血，器官移植或免疫治疗的孕妇或配偶

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with consanguineous marriage;
2. Individuals conceived by IVF;
3. Pregnant women or spouses who have received heterologous blood transfusions, organ transplants or immunotherapy within one year.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Persons in hospital are responsible for recruitment. The case record forms are documented in different centers during the implementation of this study, and delivery to Peking Union Medical College Hospital for final documentation. Electronic Data Capture is used for data management.
