研究目的：

（1）通过对比口腔健康和肠道膳食的综合管理与常规管理对老年心血管疾病人群口腔和肠道健康的影响，找出更为有效的健康管理策略。这将为优化老年心血管疾病人群健康管理提供科学依据，提升其生活质量和全身健康水平。 （2）基于多层次支持系统（MTSS）理论，结合社会认知理论（SCT）的核心理念，设计适应不同依从性老年患者的分层干预模式，构建老年心血管疾病患者的口腔-肠道健康精准化管理方案。通过精准的健康教育、行为干预和个性化护理，优化患者口腔和肠道健康状况，从而降低心血管疾病的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)By comparing the impacts of comprehensive management of oral health and gut diet with conventional management on the oral and gut health of elderly people with cardiovascular diseases, a more effective health management strategy can be identified. This will provide a scientific basis for optimizing the health management of elderly people with cardiovascular diseases, thereby enhancing their quality of life and overall health level. (2)Based on the theory of Multi - Tiered Support System (MTSS) and combined with the core concepts of Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), a stratified intervention model adapted to elderly patients with different compliance levels is designed to construct a precise management plan for the oral - gut health of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases. Through precise health education, behavioral intervention, and personalized nursing, the oral and gut health status of patients can be optimized, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近2周内服用过抗生素类药物（如阿莫西林等）； 2.患有严重的全身性疾病或其他影响研究干预效果的疾病； 3.患有严重的精神疾病，不能配合研究； 4.目前正在参与其他临床试验或研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have taken antibiotics (such as Amoxicillin, etc.) within the past two weeks. 2. Suffering from severe systemic diseases or other diseases that may affect the effectiveness of the study intervention. 3. Suffering from severe mental illnesses and unable to cooperate with the study. 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials or research projects.
