研究目的:

在这项研究中,开发并评估了六种基于机器学习模型的方法来估算缺失的数据。接下来,我们使用四种基于机器学习模型的算法和两域自适应机器学习模型方法来开发预测老年髋部骨折患者术后1年死亡率的预后模型,并评估其表现。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, six ML-based methods are developed and evaluated to impute the missing data. Next, we use four ML-based algorithms and two domain adaptive ML methods to develop prognostic models predicting the 1-year postoperative mortality of geriatric hip fracture patients and evaluate their performance.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(有任何一项即不能纳入):1)多发性骨折或者开放性骨折;2)继发于肿瘤原因的病理性骨折;3)患者未接受手术治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

(in line with any one can not be included): 1) multiple fractures or open fractures; 2) Pathological fracture secondary to tumoral etiology; 3) Patients who did not receive surgical treatment.
