对比不同部位保温措施对于腰硬联合麻醉下经尿道前列腺电切患者体温及术后恢复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different parts of heat preservation measures on body temperature and postoperative quality of recovery in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者术前体温低于36℃或高于37.5℃； 2.患有影响体温的神经内分泌疾病病史者； 3.伴严重心脑血管疾病及肝功、肾功疾病者； 4.合并耳部手术无法进行鼓膜测温患者； 5.有严重精神认知障碍者或不能准确沟通交流者； 6.有神经-肌肉系统疾病，恶性高热倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The preoperative body temperature of patients was lower than 36℃ or higher than 37.5℃; 2. People with a history of a neuroendocrine disorder affecting body temperature; 3. with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function diseases; 4. patients with ear surgery without tympanic membrane temperature measurement; 5. those with severe cognitive impairment or poor communication skills; 6. patients with neuromuscular diseases, malignant fever tendency.

采用spss统计分析软件的相关程序产生研究所需的随机方案，随机化过程中的设定各参数相关内容均保存在盲底中，当合格受试者入组时，课题负责人将装有随机号分组信息不透明信封交给研究者。

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据完整，正确，清楚地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存并备份在不同磁盘。
