通过与对照镜片比较, 评估离焦软性接触镜（十字点阵）减缓近视进展的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of defocus soft contact lenses (cross-cylinder) in slowing the progression of myopia by comparing with control lenses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有过影响配戴接触镜的眼内手术史者； 2.临床上有意义的裂隙灯检查发现； 3.眼底检查结果异常； 4.眼压异常（眼压＜10mmHg 或眼压＞21mmHg）； 5.合并有其他眼部疾病，如葡萄膜炎等各种炎症、青光眼、白内障、眼底病、眼部肿瘤、眼外伤、显性斜视患者；以及任何影响眼视功能的眼部病变； 6.患有全身性疾病造成免疫低下的患者（如糖尿病，唐氏综合征，类风湿性关节炎，精神 病患者或其他研究者认为不适合配戴框架眼镜等的疾病）； 7.只有单眼符合入选标准者； 8.不能定期进行眼部检查者； 9.研究者判定其他情况不能入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of intraocular surgery affecting the use of contact lenses; 2. Clinically significant findings from slit lamp examination; 3. Abnormal results from fundus examination; 4. Abnormal intraocular pressure (IOP < 10 mmHg or IOP > 21 mmHg); 5. Presence of other ocular diseases, such as uveitis and various inflammations, glaucoma, cataracts, retinal diseases, ocular tumors, ocular trauma, manifest strabismus; as well as any ocular lesions affecting visual function; 6. Patients with systemic diseases causing immunocompromise (such as diabetes, Down syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, psychiatric disorders, or other conditions deemed unsuitable for wearing spectacle lenses by the researchers); 7. Only one eye meeting the inclusion criteria; 8. Unable to undergo regular eye examinations; 9. Other situations deemed ineligible by the researchers.
