本研究旨在探究完全腹腔镜下全胃切除食管空肠“叠契式”手工吻合对比器械吻合的安全性和可行性  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the safety and feasibility of the Folded-layered manual esophagojejunal anastomosis versus stapled anastomosis in totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁或>75岁； 2.患者因出血、穿孔、梗阻等行急诊手术； 3.术中或术后病理证实为T4b或M1； 4.术中联合脏器切除或姑息切除； 5.术前放疗的患者； 6.ASA分级>Ⅲ级。

Exclusion criteria：

‌1.Age <18 or >75 years‌ 2‌.Emergency surgery‌ for complications (e.g., hemorrhage, perforation, obstruction) ‌3.Pathologically confirmed T4b (invading adjacent organs)‌ or ‌M1 (distant metastasis)‌ intraoperatively/postoperatively ‌4.Combined organ resection‌ or ‌palliative resection‌ during surgery 5.History of ‌preoperative radiotherapy‌ ‌5.ASA physical status classification > Class III
