研究目的：

研究围术期脑氧饱和度的变化与老年患者胸科手术和全膝置换术后认知功能障碍发生间的关系。 研究无创脑氧饱和度监测在围术期的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between perioperative cerebral oxygen saturation changes and cognition dysfunction in elderly patients after total knee replacement.The current study aims to evaluate the value of non-invasive cerebral oxygen saturation (SctO2) monitoring on suygery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有精神或中枢神经系统疾病，颈动脉狭窄，开颅手术史，使用镇静或抗精神病药物，药物或酒精依赖，视觉、听觉或运动障碍，以及术前简明精神状态量表（MMSE）评分低于24分的患者将被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Psychiatric disorder or central nervous system disease, carotid stenosis, history of craniotomy, use of sedatives or antipsychotics, drug or alcohol dependence, visual, auditory or motor disabilities, preoperative MMSE less than 24.
