研究目的：

本研究通过对正常妊娠组、早发型子痫前期组以及晚发型子痫前期组患者病例对照研究及对其胎盘间充质干细胞的增殖分化、细胞凋亡比例、炎症反应、血管内皮功能以及胎盘衰老进行对比，来探讨子痫前期的发病机制，为子痫前期的预防和治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia through the comparative study of cases of patients in the normal pregnancy group, the early preeclampsia group and the late preeclampsia group, and the comparison of the proliferation and differentiation of placental mesenchymal stem cells, the proportion of cell apoptosis, inflammatory response, vascular endothelial function and placental aging.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝提供胎盘组织样本者或者中途退出者；
2.正在参加其他相关研究的 人；
3.患有初子痫前期外的其他严重妊娠并发症，如胎盘早剥、前置胎盘且有 明显出血等；
4.合并有自身免疫性疾病；
5.近期有严重感染史；
6.多胎妊娠；
7.正在接受可能影响胎盘间充质干细胞的特殊治疗，如免疫抑制剂治疗等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who refuse to provide placental tissue samples or those who quit halfway;
2.People who are participating in other related studies;
3.Suffering from other serious pregnancy complications outside of preeclampsia, such as placental abruption, placenta previa and obvious bleeding, etc.
4.Combined with autoimmune diseases;
5.There is a recent history of serious infection.
6.Multiple pregnancies;
7.people who is receiving special treatment that may affect placental mesenchymal stem cells, such as immunosuppressive treatment.
