研究目的：

调研围绝经期女性24小时活动行为现状，探究围绝经期女性24小时活动行为的影响因素，循证围绝经期女性24小时活动行为影响因素改进策略的客观证据，通过客观评价构建针对性优化改进策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current situation of 24-hour movement behaviors of peri-menopausal women, to explore the influencing factors of peri-menopausal women's 24-hour movement behaviors, and the objective evidence of the improvement strategy of evidence-based peri-menopausal women's 24-hour movement behaviors. through objective evaluation to build targeted optimization improvement strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期服用药物治疗围绝经期症状 ； 2.有重大精神疾病史或神经系统疾病史 ； 3.视听力或言语存在障碍无法进行正常交流者； 4.身体运动存在障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients recently take drugs to treat peri-menopausal symptoms; 2.The patient has a history of major mental illness or neurological disease; 3.People who have visual, hearing or speech impairment and are unable to communicate normally; 4.Patients with physical movement disorders.
