（1）了解当前护生共情能力现状并分析影响因素。（2）探讨共情能力培训对护生共情能、沟通能力的影响（3）探讨共情能力培训对护生在儿科工作的态度，以及实习效果的影响

Objectives of Study：

(1) to understand the current situation of the empathy of the nursing students and to analyze the influencing factors; (2) to explore the influence of empathy training on empathy and communication ability of nursing students; (3) to explore the influence of empathy training on the nursing students' attitude to the work of Pediatrics and the effect of the practice.
