研究目的：

本研究基于微生物-肠-脑轴在ASD中调节神经发育的重要作用，拟明确FMT对EAASD患儿进行干预的临床疗效和安全性，分析粪便肠道菌群及血浆神经递质的相互作用，为预防ASD和治疗EAASD提供新的思路和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the important role of the microbiota-gut-brain axis in regulating neurodevelopment in ASD. It aims to clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of FMT interventions in children with early atypical autism spectrum disorder (EAASD), analyze the interactions between fecal gut microbiota and plasma neurotransmitters, and provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention of ASD and the treatment of EAASD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并其他系统严重疾病：如心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等。 脑部器质性疾病史：如脑外伤、脑瘫、脑炎等。 肠道器质性病变：如先天性巨结肠、肠梗阻、肠套叠等。 近期使用影响肠道菌群的药物：近3个月内使用益生菌、抗生素、抑酸剂等。 依从性差：无法按要求完成研究流程或随访。 其他特殊情况：如生命体征不稳定，或研究者认为不适合参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other serious systemic diseases: such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, etc. History of organic diseases of the brain: such as traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, encephalitis, etc. Organic intestinal lesions: such as Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, etc. Recent use of drugs that affect the intestinal flora: use of probiotics, antibiotics, antacids, etc. in the past 3 months. Poor compliance: Inability to complete the study process or follow-up as required. Other special circumstances: such as unstable vital signs, or situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
