研究目的：

颈内静脉穿刺是临床获取中心静脉通路的关键操作，精准定位对提升穿刺成功率、降低并发症风险至关重要。当前，超声定位已成为常用的辅助手段，但设备依赖和操作专业性限制了其普及。颈内静脉搏动作为一种潜在定位方式，具有便捷、经济的特点，值得深入探究。本研究旨在对比颈内静脉搏动观察法与超声定位法在颈内静脉穿刺中的应用效果，为临床提供更适宜的穿刺定位策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Internal jugular vein puncture is a crucial procedure for obtaining central venous access in clinical practice. Precise localization is of great significance for improving the puncture success rate and reducing the risk of complications. Currently, ultrasound localization has become a commonly used auxiliary method. However, its popularization is limited by equipment dependence and professional operation requirements. The pulsation of the internal jugular vein, as a potential localization method, is convenient and cost-effective, which is worthy of in-depth exploration. This study aims to compare the application effects of the internal jugular vein pulsation observation method and the ultrasound localization method in internal jugular vein puncture, and provide a more suitable puncture localization strategy for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

颈静脉搏动不可见；颈部血管存在解剖结构异常，如血管畸形、狭窄或阻塞；患有严重凝血功能障碍性疾病；颈部皮肤有感染、破溃等影响穿刺操作的情况；近期接受过颈部手术或放疗，可能影响血管解剖和搏动情况；存在精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Invisible jugular vein pulsation; Anatomical abnormalities of the neck vessels, such as vascular malformations, stenosis, or obstruction; Suffering from severe coagulation disorders; Skin infections, ulcers, or other conditions on the neck that affect the puncture operation; Having undergone neck surgery or radiotherapy recently, which may affect the vascular anatomy and pulsation; Having mental illness or cognitive impairment and being unable to cooperate with the study.
