研究目的：

①探讨基于King的达标理论的有氧联合渐进性抗阻运动干预对老年肌少症前期人群肌肉状态，肌肉力量、躯体功能躯体、运动依从性、运动自我效能及其生活质量的影响，②比较单一抗阻运动与有氧联合抗阻运动，两种不同的运动方案对老年肌少症前期人群肌肉力量的影响的优劣。③丰富国内对老年肌少症前期人群的运动干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the effects of aerobic combined progressive resistance exercise intervention based on King's standard theory on the muscle state, muscle strength, physical function, exercise compliance, exercise self-efficacy, and quality of life of elderly individuals with pre sarcopenia. 2.Comparing the effects of single resistance exercise and aerobic combined resistance exercise on muscle strength of elderly individuals with pre sarcopenia. 3.Enrich the domestic exercise intervention program for the pre muscular dystrophy population in the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①近期有外伤、骨折或手术史者不宜运动的患者；②恶性肿瘤患者；③患有严重疾病，如：心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统和肝、肾功能衰竭者；④既往有严重精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a recent history of trauma, fractures, or surgery who are not suitable for exercise; 2.Malignant tumor patients; 3. Individuals with serious illnesses, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system and liver/kidney failure; 4.Individuals with severe mental disorders in the past.
