纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.术侧髋关节既往手术或外伤史；b.使用其他品牌或类型的关节产品；c.未能完成或拒绝参与研究随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous surgery or trauma of the operative hip joint;
2. use other brand or type prosthesis;
3. fail to complete or refuse to paticipate in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究团队设专人2名，分别负责病例基本资料、假体与骨质重量、假体产品信息和术前、术后随访信息CRF表登记和保管，并将CRF表信息录入excel表格。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research team set 2 dedicated researchers who are responsible for the basic information, the prosthesis and bone weight, prosthetic product information, and the pre- and post-operative follow-up information CRF form registration and keeping,respectively.Then, input the CRF form information into the excel form。
