本研究旨在构建并验证一个基于资源保存理论与二元疾病管理理论的主体-客体互倚中介模型，探讨心理资本通过夫妻二元应对影响生活方式管理PCOS患者及其配偶自我损耗的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct and validate a subject-object interdependence mediation model based on resource conservation theory and dual disease management theory, exploring the mechanism by which psychological capital influences self-depletion in PCOS patients and their spouses through dual coping strategies in lifestyle management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者及其配偶排除标准:（1）妊娠或哺乳期女性；（2）近6个月内发生过重大应激和负性事件; （3）存在精神障碍或伴有危重疾病；（4）正在接受心理治疗或药物干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for patients and their spouses: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (2) Those who have experienced major stress or negative events in the past six months; (3) Those with mental disorders or accompanying critical illnesses; (4) Those currently undergoing psychological treatment or drug intervention.
