研究目的：

本研究旨在传统DBT治疗的基础上，制定适合青少年自伤患者的情绪调节技能干预手册，并探索基于个体的简短的心理干预是否可以提高青少年自伤患者的情绪调节能力。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to develop an emotional regulation skill manual for adolescent self-harm patients based on DBT mode, and explore whether the brief intervention can improve the emotional regulation ability of adolescent self-harm patients through the individual psychotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入组前两周内有自杀意念或行为； 2. 有重性精神疾病，如精神分裂症，双相情感障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. has suicidal ideation or behavior in two weeks; 2. mental disorder such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder;

Due to ethical restrictions, the raw data of this study will not be shared. In accordance with the information security regulations of the research sites, the datasets used and/or analyzed during the current study are not publicly available. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集由项目组成员通过访谈、问卷方式获得。所有原始数据及录入数据库汇总数据，统一由课题负责人保存，并符合研究单位有关伦理规定。
