研究目的：

本研究使用的甲状软骨平面阻滞，利用超声下甲状腺软骨易于识别的特点，有望解决传统喉上神经阻滞方法的不足。通过探究该方法的临床有效性和安全性，为临床提供更简单、精确和易定位的神经阻滞方法。

Objectives of Study：

The thyroid cartilage plane block used in this study is expected to address the shortcomings of traditional superior laryngeal nerve block methods by utilizing the easy identification of the thyroid cartilage under ultrasound. By exploring the clinical efficacy and safety of this method, it will provide a simpler, more precise, and easier-to-localize nerve block method in the clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在区域阻滞的禁忌症；初次插管失败；有精神疾病史或长期大量使用阿片类镇痛药；合并哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病；术前有术后喉咙痛、声音嘶哑和咳嗽病史；术前留置胃管或营养管；术前 1 周内有急性上呼吸道感染病史；有口腔或咽喉手术史；预计为困难气道；预计手术时长超过4小时；存在严重认知障碍或语言沟通问题；在入组前 3 个月内参与过其他临床试验，或当前正在参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindications to regional block; failure of initial intubation; history of psychiatric illness or chronic heavy use of opioid analgesics; comorbid asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; preoperative history of postoperative sore throat, hoarseness, and cough; preoperative indwelling gastric or nutritional tube; history of acute upper respiratory infection within the week prior to the procedure; history of oral or pharyngeal surgery; anticipated difficult airway; expected duration of the procedure greater than 4 hours; Presence of severe cognitive impairment or verbal communication problems; patients who have participated in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to enrollment, or are currently participating in another clinical trial.
