研究目的:

基于“中枢-外周-中枢”闭环理论,使用上肢智能康复机器人辅助训练联合tDCS 作为干预范式,对脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者进行“闭环”康复治疗,探索此新型康复治疗模式对脑卒中恢复期患者手运动功能障碍的影响。以期为临床治疗手功能障碍提供新的康复思路与依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the "central peripheral central" closed-loop theory, using upper limb intelligent rehabilitation robot assisted training combined with tDCS as an intervention paradigm, a "closed-loop" rehabilitation treatment is carried out for stroke patients with hand dysfunction in the recovery period, exploring the impact of this new rehabilitation treatment model on hand movement dysfunction in stroke patients in the recovery period. In order to provide new rehabilitation ideas and basis for clinical treatment of hand dysfunction.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重的心、肝、肺、肾等重要器官中毒功能障碍或衰竭或生命体征不平稳者; 2.病情反复且恶化; 3.既往存在上肢及肩部外伤史者; 4.存在视力障碍或视野缺损者; 5.颅内植入金属物或有心脏起搏器; 6.精神异常需服用抗抑郁、焦虑等影响精神类药物者; 7.患者腕部与手部伸肌、屈肌肌群 MAS 量表评分肌张力>1 +者。 8.依从性差或要求中途退出。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organs poisoning dysfunction or failure or unstable vital signs; 2. The condition is recurrent and worsening; 3. Those with a history of upper limb and shoulder trauma in the past; 4. Those with visual impairment or visual field defects; 5. Intracranial implantation of metal objects or pacemakers; 6. Those with mental abnormalities who need to take antidepressant, anxiety and other psychotropic drugs; 7. Patients with >1 MAS scale score of extensor muscles and flexor muscles of the wrist and hand. 8. Poor compliance or request to quit halfway.
