研究目的：

探讨小儿腹腔镜手术中，不同手术时长下三种气管导管套囊压力管理方法对术中气管导管套囊压力变化及术后气道并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of three tracheal catheter pressure management methods on the changes in tracheal catheter pressure and postoperative airway complications in pediatric laparoscopic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)术前咽部不适； 2)近2周上呼吸道、肺部感染或支气管哮喘急性发作未控制； 3)潜在困难气道； 4)首次气管插管失败； 5)肥胖患儿(BMI>30Kg/m2)；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preoperative pharyngeal discomfort; 2) Upper respiratory and lung infections or acute bronchial asthma attacks in the past 2 weeks are not controlled; 3) Potentially difficult airways; 4) First tracheal intubation failed; 5) Obese children (BMI>30Kg /m2);

完成患儿麻醉诱导插管后，将患儿头位于中立位置后向气管导管引导囊充气，以插管医生的习惯对套囊充盈程度进行评估，将气管导管的指示气囊单向阀通过三通连接到压力传感器上，然后以主气道水平调零并监测套囊压力，以CVP模块显示压力。指感组由麻醉医生记录初始套囊的压力后，并不对套囊压力进行干预，只进行监测和记录。

Intervention：

After completing the intubation of anesthesia induction of the child, the head of the child is in a neutral position and the guide capsule is inflated to the tracheal catheter. The intubation doctor's habit is used to evaluate the filling level of the cuff, and the indicator airbag of the tracheal catheter is passed through the tee. Connect to the pressure sensor, then zero at the main airway level and monitor the cuff pressure to display the pressure as the CVP module. After the anesthesiologist recorded the initial cuff pressure in the finger sensor group, it did not intervene in the cuff pressure, but only monitored and recorded.

记录非动态调整组初始套囊的压力后，将2ml空注射器连接在三通的另一端对气囊压力进行调节，手术开始前将套囊压力调整至11mmHg（1mmHg≈1.36mmH20）,术中监测并记录。
