研究目的：

通过与安慰剂比较，评估鲁比前列酮胶囊治疗功能性便秘的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lubiprostone capsules in the treatment of functional constipation by comparison with placebo.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 对鲁比前列酮过敏者；
2) 肠易激综合征者；
3) 肠梗阻/巨直肠症/巨结肠症或假梗阻者；
4) 肠道有器质性异常或炎性肠道疾病者；
5) 由于继发性原因引起的功能性便秘者或阿片类药物引起的便秘者；
6) 筛选期前3个月内有胃肠道或腹部手术史者；
7) 筛选前1 年内有药物或酒精滥用史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergic to rupianprostone;
2) Irritable bowel syndrome;
3) Intestinal obstruction / giant colorectal / megacolon or false obstruction;
4) Intestinal organic abnormalities or inflammatory bowel disease;
5) Functional constipation due to secondary causes or constipation caused by opioids;
6) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal or abdominal surgery within 3 months before screening period;
7) Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse within 1 year before screening period.
