研究目的：

1）探讨分级运动想象疗法对桡骨远端骨折保守治疗患者疼痛控制以及功能恢复的有效性 2）形成有疗效优势、加速功能恢复的康复治疗方案，为临床医务工作人员更科学地实施分级运动想象疗法治疗提供科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To investigate the effectiveness of graded motor imagery therapy on pain control and functional recovery in patients with distal radius fractures treated conservatively 2) To form a rehabilitation treatment program with advantages in efficacy and acceleration of functional recovery, so as to provide scientific evidence for clinical medical staff to implement graded motor imagery therapy more scientifically. To provide scientific evidence for the scientific implementation of graded motor imagery therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、同时在其他地方接受康复治疗(针灸、理疗、职业或物理治疗) ； 2、桡骨远端骨折术后患者； 3、中枢神经系统疾病(如:脑损伤、脊髓损伤、帕金森病、多发性硬化症) ； 4、多发性骨折及伴有上肢骨关节系统疾病，如肩周炎、下尺桡关节脱位、肌腱断裂、血管损伤等； 5、认知障碍、阅读障碍、视力障碍患者； 6、骨科医师建议手术治疗，拒绝手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receiving rehabilitation treatment (acupuncture, physiotherapy, occupational or physical therapy) in other places at the same time; 2. Patients with distal radius fracture after surgery; 3. Central nervous system diseases (such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); 4. Multiple fractures and diseases of the upper limb osteoarticular system, such as frozen shoulder, lower ulnar-radial dislocation, tendon rupture, vascular injury, etc.; 5. Patients with cognitive impairment, dyslexia and visual impairment; 6. Patients who are recommended by orthopedic surgeons and refuse surgery.
