研究目的：

本文通过初步探讨IIM的临床表型、影像组学特征与高通量mRNA 表达量之间的关系，将临床表型、影像组学定量特征、转录组学之间进行关联研究，旨在寻找出IIM不同影像特征之间的 mRNA表达差异基因及模块，准确且简便的方法监测IIM的影像学表型及相关转录组信息及下游生物学信息，尝试增加评估IIM 影像学表型相关基因的统计学效力，去阐述不同亚组病人影像学异质性的本质。  

Objectives of Study：

This article initially explores the relationship between the clinical phenotypes, radiomics features and high-throughput mRNA expression levels of IIM, and conducts an association study among clinical phenotypes, quantitative radiomics features and transcriptomics. The aim is to identify the mRNA expression difference genes and modules among different imaging features of IIM, and to develop an accurate and simple method for monitoring the imaging phenotypes of IIM and related transcriptomic and downstream biological information. It also attempts to increase the statistical power of evaluating the genes related to the imaging phenotypes of different subgroups of IIM, and to explain the essence of the imaging heterogeneity among different subgroups of patients.
